Payment Terms
How to Pay
You can make payments through any of the payment options we've set up on our website. We've tried to keep things simple and secure for you.
When Your Payment Goes Through
Once you submit your payment, we'll process it right away. You won't have to wait around wondering if it went through.
Payment Confirmation
After we receive your payment, we'll send you a confirmation email. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for this confirmation. It's your receipt that everything went smoothly.
About Late Payments
We get it—life happens. But if your payment comes in late, we may need to charge additional fees. We'll always try to work with you, so please reach out if you're having trouble making a payment on time.
Our Refund Policy
Who Can Get a Refund?
If you haven't attended any classes or practical sessions yet, you're eligible for a refund. Once you've started attending, we won't be able to process refunds since you've already begun receiving our services.
How to Request a Refund
If you need a refund, please send us a written request to our administration office. You'll need to do this within 14 days of making your payment. The sooner you let us know, the smoother the process will be.
Processing Time
We'll process your refund within 30 days after we receive your request. We know that's not instant, but we need time to handle the paperwork and banking procedures properly.
Refund Amount
You'll receive 80% of what you paid. We keep 20% to cover administrative costs and processing fees. We wish we could refund the full amount, but there are real costs involved in setting up your enrollment and processing payments.
Important: Remember, you must request your refund within 14 days of payment and before attending any sessions.
Cancellation Policy
If We Need to Cancel
Sometimes things come up that are beyond our control. We might need to cancel or reschedule a course due to instructor illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible and work with you to find a solution.
If You Need to Cancel
Changed your mind? That's okay. If you cancel your registration, you can request a refund following the refund policy outlined above. Just remember the 14-day window and make sure you haven't attended any sessions yet.
